If you are not French and hold a diploma giving you access to higher education in your country:
In the following 2 cases, registration can be carried out directly:
if you have already been registered for at least one year of a Bachelor's degree programme in a French university and your file has been transferred from that university to the University of Strasbourg.
if you have passed a competitive exam giving you access to the course.
In all other cases, you need to apply for a pre-admission demand (DAP)
Candidates, living in France, who apply for a pre-admission demand and do not possess neither the French nationality nor a French baccalauréat (and will not sit it at the end of the current school year), are required to complete the "green form". An instruction sheet is provided with this form.
This form can be downloaded, or collected from the closest university to your place of residence. It should then be returned to your first choice of university, along with relevant documents.
Candidates who apply for a pre-admission demand and do not live in France must complete the "white form". The document can de downloaded at the following address: http://media.enseignementsup-recherche.gouv.fr/file/Famille/82/9/FORMULAIRE_DOSSIERS_BLANCS_2010-2011_124829.pdf
